Exercise Instructions

1. Listen to this at 1X speed right before you start your trading session
2. Headphones are not required
3. Be sure to follow along with the tapping instructions as best you can as the tapping is KEY for this powerful exercise to work effectively
4. While tapping, visualize/imagine what it would look and/or feel like for you to experience perfect entries over the next five days.

Note: I understand for some people it is hard to visualize specific outcomes. If that is you, then it might be easier to recall what it felt like on the best trading day you've ever had. Do your best to recall any sounds, sights, or feelings. 

If that doesn't work, and all else fails, it is also perfectly acceptable to repeat "when I trade, I have the perfect entries" while tapping to this audio. You will experience similar results as those that can visualize.
